  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This ride takes us from Regal Cinema Stadium 17 in Auburn, north up the Interurban Trail. We will turn west on the Green River Trail and follow it north under 405 until we intersect the Interurban Trail. We will ride south on the Interurban Trail to the Green River Road with a coffee stop at the Busted Bike Cafe in Auburn before returning to our start point.

Restrooms at the start and at several locations on the route. Please arrive early enough to sign the ride waiver, hear the route details, and review Cascade riding S.M.A.R.T.

We will start promptly at 9:30 am. The pace is Moderate 14-16 mph on flat roads with no headwinds.

If roads are wet fenders are a must!. Long fenders are absolutely required unless it is bone dry out, and zero percent chance of rain forecast. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a weather cancellation, it will be posted 2 hours prior to the start in the comments section on both Cascade and Meetup. Ride Leader will not be at the start if canceled.

Regroup policy:  We will ride with the best interest of the group in mind. We will regroup at the top of hills for a reasonable amount of time as well as at major turns. Mechanical issues will not stop the group. Please be sure you have the equipment and knowledge to change flats, plus a cue sheet to get home, or a phone to call for assistance if needed.
