  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Weather's been iffy, wet and wetter...I see dry day forecast by Monday to be exact.... Why stay indoors? Join me as I pedal up, re-polish up that rhythmic cadence... We'll take a southern route thru Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Edmonds, Ballinger Trail head and some back roads to where we started. Let's see how far away we can go and incorporate some fun into this spin workout...

Meet at Alderwood Costco NW section of the parking lot across gas station.

Reststop: Restrooms available at start and end of ride.

Expectations: PLEASE arrive at 9:45am or earlier to sign the waiver and hear safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. is the acronym we use for a safe and informed ride together. Ride leader personally uses MapMyRide app and will briefly go through the routes summary prior to the start.

Front and rear lights are recommended. Everyone should be able to maintain the 14-16 Moderate pace on flat terrain, faster and brisk on rollers and downhills! We will regroup at crossroads and intersections as needed. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical issues.
