This is a social ride through the Sammamish Valley returning through Bellevue via Factoria. The pace will be Moderate (14-16 mph) on flats and self-paced on climbs and descents, with frequent regroups.
Meet at the Woodinville Sports Field parking lot near Wilmot Gateway Park. There are restrooms at the start and we’ll be stopping for a lunch at Belle Pastry in Bellevue (Mile 20). It is possible we will vary the route due to weather conditions or other factors.
The ride will start at 10:30 a.m. sharp so please arrive at the starting point early enough to prepare and go through the S.M.A.R.T. safety briefing. Snow, ice, heavy frost, rain, showers, or probable rain will cancel. If in doubt you can check the Comments block of this website or call the leader after 8:00 a.m. on the day of ride.
Please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page. Then put a checkmark in the waiver release box, complete the telephone number boxes, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start.
Please bring equipment and know-how to handle flats or minor mechanicals. If roads are wet, fenders with long mud flaps are appreciated.
Make sure you know the way back in case you get separated from the group. You can print the map/cue sheet (see link below) and/or load it onto your GPS device.
