For mentoring opportunity, please contact the Ride Leader at least two days in advance so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the route and discuss any route issues and raise any other questions

Join us to start off the New Year with a resolution to ride more frequently in 2017! A nice ride from the Fred Meyer in Sumner, up Sumner Link Trail, through Pacific and Algona, through Auburn, up Green Valley Rd and into Kent. We will make a stop at Starbucks before returning along the same route.

Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to ready your bike, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the Cascade SMART Safety talk.

If ride is cancelled due to weather it will be posted here in comments by 8:00am and ride leader will not be waiting at the start.

Come prepared to fix flats and have a plan for dealing with mechanical issues.  Generally, the group will not wait for flats/mechanical issues so make sure you know the route or have printed a cue sheet.

Comments

Steady pace is canceling - Ride Leaders are unable to get to the ride start due to snow.  Moderate and Brisk will make their own determination.
