  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Put the turkey in the oven then come on out and join us for a fun social ride. We will have a 8 mile warm up before heading up the 410, take a short trot around  "Bonney Lake", through Sky Island, down McCutcheon before heading towards the Foothills Trail, Shaw Road and return to our Fred Meyer start.

Please arrive early enough to prepare your bike and listen to the safety briefing. We will start promptly at 9:00 am. 

The pace is Moderate (14 - 16 mph) on flat roads.  

A helmet is a requirement and having fun is an absolute.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a weather cancellation, it will be posted 2 hours prior to the start in the comments section. Ride Leader will not be at the start if canceled.

Please sign the E-waiver by clicking "REGISTER NOW" and save time.

Mechanicals/Pace: Riders should be able to sustain the pace, know how to change a flat tire (and have the requisite equipment to do so) and have a positive attitude. Ride Leaders and Sweeps will not stop long for flats or mechanical issues due to group safety.

Regroup policy:  We will ride with the best interest of the group in mind. We will regroup at the top of hills for a reasonable amount of time as well as at major turns. Stops will be brief.

Fenders will be appreciated by the rider behind you should the conditions warrant.
