Come join me for a fun ride in the crisp fall air! The Fall Cycling rides will go through mid December.

This weeks route will start at Celebration Park in Federal Way.

If you are new rider to Cascade Free Group Rides, we welcome you! Please click on the link and read important information for Cascade Bicycle newcomers http://www.cascade.org/welcome-newcomers

Restrooms at start. Please arrive early enough to sign the ride waiver, hear the route details, and review Cascade riding S.M.A.R.T.

We will start promptly at 9:30 am.

The pace is Moderate, 14-16 mph on flat roads with no headwinds.

Please print cue sheets and bring all necessary tools & tubes to handle any flats etc. Bring adequate food and water as there may be limited opportunities to purchase along the way.

Planned stop(s): Mile 16 Milton Spirit Gas Station

We regroup at top of hills. If roads are wet fenders are necessary. Long fenders and buddy flaps are absolutely required unless it is bone dry out, and zero percent chance of rain forecast.

Looking forward to seeing you! You can also visit meetup.com to RSVP. Please see the links below for Meet Up and the route.
