A Relaxed Coffee Ride - Fall City Ramble (Moderate)
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
Fall is a time for winding up the busy Summer season! This is a great time for doing some more relaxed and social rides - and as typical of many cycling ride, a mid ride coffee stop is planned. This week's ride rides along the Snoqualmie River and the associated rural farming parts of our county. A largely flat route with one hill just to add some variation! With the leaves changing colors, this route may have a few "Kodak moments" (this for those who can still remember Kodachrome...). We'll have an optional segment for a few extra miles at the end of the ride to go up and back on Neal Road which runs very close to the river.
Route map at the link. Cue sheet PDF at the attachment. If you want a cue sheet, please print and bring it along.
No formal food stop, but we'll take an approx 15-20 min stop at Sandy's Espresso for refreshment along the way. Porta-pot at the start although there are facilities in town if you arrive early enough. We can make a quick stop in the first part of our route if needed. I encourage you to patronize a local store if you do use their assistance!.
Please register for the ride clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page, click the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. If you are unable to attend you do not need to "un-register."
If weather conditions meet the Showers Cancel criteria on the morning of the ride, I will not go to the start. I will post a ride-cancelled notice in Comments, below, by 10:00 AM. Please check here before leaving for Carnation
