  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

EAstside Ride The Hill DREAM rides are focused on developing stronger riders by training on hills or using intervals (or both :).  This week's route stays close by our starting location so that it is easy to head back if we get hit with rain.  In the mean time there are plenty of hills to help you build strength and stay in shape.

The forecast for Saturday says that there is a significant chance of rain.  I'll make a decision whether to cancel the ride no later than 6:30 Saturday morning.  If the ride is cancelled, I will post a notice on this web page.   If the ride is cancelled I will not show up at the start, so be sure to check back for weather updates.

The starting location for this ride has easy freeway access, plenty of free parking, and restrooms with water nearby.  If all goes as planned, we will have one water/restroom stop at a Starbucks in Redmond.
