This is a social, relaxed, somewhat hilly ride through the back roads east of Woodinville and Redmond.  We’ll ride at a Steady pace (approx.14 mph on the flats).  The group will stay together and we will regroup at the tops of the more challenging hills.

Meet at the Woodinville Sports Field parking lot near Wilmot Gateway Park.  There are restrooms at the start and we’ll be stopping for a lunch / restroom break at Mile 25.

NOTE:  Cascade is updating some website functions so you will not be able to register online.  If we need to cancel because of weather I will be available by phone (206-349-4846) two hours ahead of the scheduled start if you are in doubt.

New riders: please read the information on the Cascade Free Group Rides page (http://www.cascade.org/grouprides ). Bring water, a snack, and all necessary tools & tubes in case they are needed.  We will try to wait for mechanicals but may not be able to wait for everything. Make sure you know the way back in case you get separated from the group.  See the URL below -- you can print the map-cue sheet and/or load it onto your GPS device.

The ride will start at 10:00 a.m. sharp so please arrive at the starting point early enough to prepare yourself, sign the waiver, and go through the S.M.A.R.T. safety briefing.
