- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join our regular Tuesday group for a summer-time ramble on Redmond Ridge. We'll start in QFC parking lot (bathrooms and water available at the start), ride down Union Hill road to Carnation, lunch at Starbucks, return via Tolt Hill road. Route is being scouted and is subject to change, but start location will not change! Ride with GPS link will be posted in comments section below a day or two in advance of ride.
Please register online (you will need a Cascade user name and password to log onto the Cascade website for sign in). Paper waiver will be available at start also if unable to register online. Newcomers welcome. Please arrive 20 min in advance to have time to prepare and be ready to hear safety briefing. We will ride out promptly at 10 AM.
Steady rain will cancel and leader will post cancellation in comments no later than 8 AM morning of ride.

The current route is https://ridewithgps.com/routes/14739899. We will return from Carnation via West Snoqualmie road, not Tolt Hill Road. Please copy and paste this address into your address bar to get to ride with gps as this is not a link you can click on. I will bring a few paper copies to start.
