Join Kimberly and I for a steady paced social ride with some hills and lunch following the ride at Blazing Bagels.  We will take West Lake Sammamish to Issaquah, then Newport Way westbound and return through residential areas of Lake Hills.  There will be 2 short rest stops during the ride with restrooms and water but no food stop until the end so bring snacks.

East Lake Sammamish trail parking is just west of the Whole Foods shopping complex in Redmond.  Address for the start location is a business just across the street from the parking lot entrance.  There is a sanican at the start but no water.

Please print a cue sheet or download the route from the link provided.  Plan to arrive and be ready to ride by 9:55 so we can have the safety briefing and depart promptly at 10am.

In the event of showers or worse the ride leaders will not be at the start but will post a cancellation notice in the comments section of this posting 2 hours before the ride start time.

If you have a cascade account you may register online up until 7am on the day of the ride by selecting the register button at the top of this posting.  After that time you may sign in at the start.  If your plans change you do not need to unregister.
