- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This ride is a favorite. We'll start out at the Newport Hills Park & Ride (Exit 9 off I-405) and ride around Medina for a bathroom break at mile 10. We'll head out towards Kirkland and loop through Bothell to Woodinville. We'll then head over to the Sammamish River Trail and ride through Redmond where we'll stop at Starbucks or Soul Food Coffee for a bit of java, continue on the west side of Lake Sammamish and head back to the park and ride.
Ride leader mentoring opportunity available. This is a high moderate/low brisk ride and we'll have regroups at the tops of hills. Fenders appreciated if wet weather.
In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, the ride leader will not be at the start. Cancellation will be announced here in the comments section two hours prior to the ride start.
