- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Extended forecast calls for partly cloudy on Monday. Join me in this short 18 mile or less sprint and take advantage of the limited sunny days ahead for 2015. Let's explore around Everett, Alderwood-Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds trails and byways...
Start location: Let's meet at Paine Field Community Park.
Reststop: Restrooms available at start and end of ride at the park. We will not stop for restrooms during the ride.
Expectations: Arrive at 9:45am or earlier to sign the waiver and hear the safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. is the acronym we use for a safe and enjoyable ride together. Ride leader personally uses MapMyRide app and will briefly go through the routes summary prior to the start.
Front and rear lights are recommended. Everyone should be able to maintain the 12-14 mph steady pace on flat terrain. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical issue.

Due to wet weather and showery conditions, I am staying indoors....thanks folks for RSVP....
