- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Invitation: It's Autumn, let's blow the leaves behind and ride the open road. Extended Monday, 10/19 weather forecast calls for cloudy condition. Two hour window of dry pavement is all I'm asking for. Join me in this short 20 miler or less sprint and take down some calories off for the day.
Start location: We will meet near the playground in the Paine Field Community Park.
Reststop: N/A. Restroom available at Start and End of ride.
Expectations: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride to sign the waiver and hear the safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. is the acronym we use for a safe and enjoyable spin together. Ride leader personally uses MapMyRide app and will briefly go thru the routes summary prior to the start.
Front and rear lights are recommended. Riders should be able to maintain the posted pace on flat terrain. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical.
