- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This ride is a favorite. We'll start out at the South Bellevue Park & Ride and ride around Medina for a bathroom break at Bellevue Downtown Park. We'll head out towards Kirkland and loop through Bothell to Woodinville. We'll then head over to the Sammamish River Trail and ride through Redmond where we'll stop at Soul Food Coffee for a bit of java, continue on the west side of Lake Sammamish and head back to the park and ride.
Ride leader mentoring opportunity available. Fenders appreciated if wet weather. In the case of weather cancellation, the ride leader will not be at the start. Cancellation, if necessary, will be posted here 2 hours prior to the ride start.

PARKING SUGGESTIONS....
THERE ARE USUALLY NO SPOTS AVAILABLE AT THE SOUTH BELLEVUE PARK AND RIDE. I WILL START THE RIDE THERE, HOWEVER, YOU CAN ALSO PARK AT ENETEI BEACH PARK BECAUSE THAT IS OUR BATHROOM BREAK AND YOU CAN PICK UP THE RIDE THERE. IT'S ABOUT ONE MILE AWAY.
