KEEPING RIDERS SAFE

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Ride from Gas Works Park to the Swedish Club located on Dexter Avenue.on the second Sunday of September, 13 September, 2015. (The first Sunday of September will be part of the Labor Day weekend. On that date the Swedish Club will be closed.) The breakfast will feature crepes, pancakes and ham with coffee, juices or milk. Cost of the breakfast will be $9 cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted. This event is open to all bike riders. You do not have to be a member of the Swedish Club to participate in this event. Following the breakfast we will attempt to work off the calories with bicycle activities such as the ride to the Beacon Hill Chief Sealth Trail and back. Selected course may be adjusted by weather conditions. Any questions may be answered by contacting the Ride Leader at (425)822-8546. Wear warm clothing as necessary by weather circumstances. Pace of this event will be 10 to 12 mph. Steady rain will cancel the ride.
