KEEPING RIDERS SAFE

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This is the moderate pace group following Per Nielsen's MUMPS 2015 0810 route to Woodinville-Monroe-Three Lakes-Snohomish-Maltby & return to Log Boom Park, with a lunch stop en route.
We will regroup at the top of hills, water stops and lunch. The plan is to have lunch in Snohomish around the 40 mile mark. Let's try to limit water stops to 5 minutes and the lunch break to 30 minutes. And hopefully get home a bit earlier. It will also decrease the probability of getting wet, as currently the NOAA weather forecast for Snohomish predicts a 20% chance of showers with a high of 76F. If this holds up, please bring a rain jacket.
