Come join us for a beautiful, fun leisurely paced ride. The ride leader will keep the 10-12 mph pace while we explore parts of the East Lake Sammamish Trail and also ride on the East Lake Sammamish Road. After grabbing a snack at the Farmer's Market we will return to Redmond by the same route. This will be a stay together ride. All are welcome whether you are new, returning or a regular rider.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ride to sign the waiver and be part of the safety briefing. All riders must wear a proper fitting helmet. We can help you fit your helmet if needed. Front and rear lights are highly recommended and you will need an extra tube, a pump and tools to change a flat if needed.
If you are a new rider, please read the New Rider information: http://www.cascade.org/welcome-newcomers
