- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a scenic rural ride from Fall City and looping the Carnation Valley/Ames Lake Road area. This will be a good tapering ride if you are riding RSVP that next weekend with only a few hills. Lunch stop in Carnation at mile 28 with Starbucks and Red Apple Market available. Please arrive no later than 9:45 to be ready to hear briefing and roll promptly at 10:00. Port a potty at start. Park is just north of intersection (traffic circle) where 202 intersects with 203. Heading north out of traffic circle turn left onto Neal Road and into gravel parking lot.
