- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

~We will start at the Meeker TrailHead (by the bulb farm) in Puyallup and follow the Foothills Trail to SouthPrairie. This will be a out and back ride with a short stop in South Prairie. The pace of this ride is Moderate (14-16mph) based on having no wind. If we have a headwind, the pace will be lower, if we have a tailwind, the pace may be higher. Keep this in mind when deciding to do this ride. Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to ready your bike, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the Cascade SMART talk.
Headlight and Taillight required.
