KEEPING RIDERS SAFE

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This ride will take us on the Burke-Gilman trail to the University Stadium down through Leschi and to Seward Park. After our break at Seward Park we'll retrace our route, this time cutting through the beautiful upper Arboretum.
Riders should park in the Magnuson W6 parking lot (use NE 74th St entrance) and ride over to meet in front of the new Cascade office. There are restrooms at Cascade. Please arrive 20 minutes before the ride for the safety briefing so we can roll promptly at 9:00 a.m. .
Riders should bring water, a spare tube, tools and the know-how to fix a flat. There will be no food stops on this ride so bring your own food for the ride.
The ride leaders will not be at the ride start should inclement weather meet the definition for cancellation (steady rain and ice/snow). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section below at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start and on Meetup.
