- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This is a social ride around Lake Sammamish. We'll be starting at the Redhook Brewery, stopping at Tully's in Issaquah for a short snack, then heading back to the brewery where we can get a bite for lunch.
In addition to steady rain, ice/snow and any other hazardous conditions will cancel a ride. If a ride is cancelled due to hazardous conditions, it will be posted here in the comment section by 8:00 a.m. and ride leader will not be waiting at the start.
Please come early enough to ready yourself, your bike, and sign the waiver by 9:45 am. Bike helmets are required on all Cascade rides
