Leisurely Urbane Matthewsbeach Pedalers: We will ride north on the Burke-Gilman Trail to Blyth Park near Bothell. Then take a break at Blyth Park for about 15 minutes, use the restrooms if needed and return to Matthew's Beach. Bring a snack if needed. The terrain is flat. The pace is steady at 12 to 14 mph. Snow, ice or rain cancel the ride. Helmets and a functioning bicycle are required. No cue sheets provided. Free parking at Matthew's Beach Parking lot. Arrive early to beat the sea gulls for a good parking spot.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
