- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a sociable, steady-paced (12-14 MPH), somewhat hilly, 27-mile loop starting at Red Hook Brewery (14300 NE 145th St., Woodinville), passing through Redmond and returning through Woodinville. We will regroup at the tops of hills if necessary. Restrooms will be available at the start, at Mile 6, and at Mile 21. We will have a lunch stop at Mile 21. The ride will start at 10:00 a.m. sharp so please arrive at the starting point early enough to prepare yourself, sign the waiver, and go through the S.M.A.R.T. safety briefing. There is a cue sheet / map available at http://ridewithgps.com/routes/6877557 . Please print the cue sheet if you wish to use one. Also, bring a spare tube and equipment to fix a flat, etc. if needed. Rain or immanent showers at the start will cancel the ride, as well as snow, ice, etc.
