- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Social and somewhat hilly ride from Marymoor Park in Redmond to Kirkland with a lunch stop at QFC/Starbucks in Redmond. Most of the elevation gain is in the first half of the route. There is a port a potty at the start. Frosty roads, ice and snow will also cancel. In the event of icy roads the ride leader may not be at the start but will post a cancellation notice in the comments section at least 2 hours prior to the ride start. Please download route or print cue sheet from the link provided. We will roll promptly at 10 so please arrive in plenty of time to prepare your bike and hear safety briefing.
