- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join me for a moderate pace ride, 14-16 mph on the flats. The ride starts out from Ron Regis Park in Renton and has a nice 7 mile warm up on the Cedar River Trail. Then onto Maxwell Road with a couple of small hills up to Cedar Grove Road. A brief stop at the Tiger Mt. Mini Mart if needed at mile 13, then over to May Valley Road and back down to Ron Regis Park. We will regroup at the top of hills, ride leader is slower up hills but will make it there eventually.
Please have the tools needed to deal with any mechanical issues that may occurr. Heavy steady rain will cancel, please have fenders if the roads are wet.
