Pastries anyone? Come for this tour of West Seattle down through Burien to the spectacular descent to Three Tree Point (and check out some goblins in waiting). Then after our climb back to the village of West Seattle, we'll have a stop at mp 30 for Pastries and Coffee at the famous Bakery Nouveau. Our last 9 miles will travel through residential areas with some nice vistas, followed by one last (optional) climb. This will be a social stay together ride with waits at the top of hills and all critical turns along with photo op stops along the way.
Notes: Bathrooms at start. If ride is cancelled due to weather, it will be posted here in comments by 7:00 a.m. and ride leader will not be waiting at the start. All riders should come equipped to deal with their own mechanicals. Waiting for mechanicals will be at the discretion of the ride leader. Jack Block Park entrance is off of Harbor Avenue before you reach Salty's Restaurant. Look for big iron archway on water side of street.

Ride is on this morning ... a note on parking!
Good morning everyone! Ride is on. Roads are wet and there may be a shower or two, so fenders a good idea. NOTE: Due to the large turnout for this ride (awesome) and limited parking, please park along the street (be careful of road and trail traffic as you ready your bike) and ride into the park. Come a bit early to sign in and hear the ride brief before we roll at 9:00 a.m. Thanks!
