- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Lets do a nice morning ride out to the old mining town of Wilkerson. We'll leave from the Sumner Fred Meyer, (east end of parking lot) next to the garden center. We'll head up the Foothills Trail to South Prairie and then on to Burnett and Wilkerson. Restrooms at start. Porti potties at the 18 mile mark and a couple gas stations later on. We will hopefully grab some coffee and a little something in Wilkerson, but its a small and quiet town. The saloon does not open till noon and the café/coffee shop may or may not be open. RSVP on Cascade Meetup is not required but is appreciated.
