Join me for an early morning workout before the temperature hits 90.
For this ride, we will start at the parking lot in front of Seattle Public Theatre on the Northwest side of Greenlake. From there, we will head towards the Burke-Gilman trail through some rollers on 68th. Once on the BGT, we'll climb three times up to Wedgwood before heading back on Iverness. On our way back we'll climb Paisley twice and head up 98th before dropping down to 94th after crossing Lake City Way. While on the BGT we will be riding a low Moderate Pace (14-15mph).
Bring rear lights for the beginning the of the ride. We should be before 8am, in time for people who need to commute to work.
