Start:

Find us at the Bear Creek Park & Ride in Redmond and be ready to roll at 9am.

Route:

This is a "Pancake Ride" because there are just a few hills AND most importantly we will visit the Bothell Fire Department for their 4th of July Pancake Breakfast (free/donations accepted). So, 9am, yes a bit early, but there is no need to get a big breakfast in before the start! We head out on the Bear Creek and Sammamish Trails to Bothell, enjoy our pancakes, then gain some elevation while heading up north. At Maltby Park we stop to use the facilities and then glide back over some pretty rural roads in time to enjoy parades, picnics and other festivities to celebrate this Day of Independence.

The Ride with GPS link will provide the route map and cue sheet and your RSVP is much appreciated Meetup (link provided as well).

Expectations:

S.M.A.R.T. riding is the standard and all riders are held accountable for doing their best to adhere to these; we want to be awesome representatives of the bike community in Snohomish County and be safe! Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical; the group cannot wait. We regroup on top of hills, but riders should be able to maintain the posted pace. Please print a cue sheet in case you get separated from the group. All riders are responsible to promote a great experience by looking out for each other, having a positive attitude, not trash-talking others, having fenders when the roads are wet (please), enjoying the beauty we are surrounded by and just by having fun!
