  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Time for a Sumner Century, 100 miles leaving from the Sumner Fred Meyer (east side of parking lot, next to garden center).We will head north to Renton using the Interurban Trail, being courteous to the rabbits and other trail users. From Renton it's southeast toward Ravensdale, around Enumclaw, down to Auburn via the Green Valley Road and back to Sumner.

Rest Stops: 26 Miles - Ron Regis Park 41 Miles - Ravensdale Park 51 Miles - Nolte State Park 70 Miles - Texaco Food Mart 91 Miles - Optional Stop - Interurban Trailhead Porta-Pot.

Lunch is planned for Ravensdale Park - there is a nearby food mart or bring your own.

 

We will be leaving at 7:30 AM - .. it's a 100 mile ride. Please arrive early to prepare your bike and be ready to roll on time. Remember tubes, tools, snacks, hydration and sunscreen. Restrooms at start. This should be a good ride for getting seat time, there are hills but also sections of flat riding.
