- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Want to stretch yourself in Pierce and South King County?.... this ride leaves the Bonney Lake Park & Ride, heads to Mud Mountain Dam, then over to Ravensdale, Black Diamond, Green River Gorge and the Enumclaw area before returning to Bonney Lake. There is also a Moderate Pace available for this ride.
The elevation on this ride is 3500' so plan on rolling hills and a couple long climbs.
3 Rest Stops are planned:
Mud Mountain Dam - 20 mile mark
Black Diamond Bakery - 45 mile mark
Texaco Food Mart next to Farmers Park - 68 mile mark
Restrooms at start.
Pace: 16 - 18 mph on the flats
Regroup at top of long climbs and as needed
Start is the Bonney Lake Park & Ride at the top of Hwy 410 ... behind the Chevron and Jiffy Lube .. if you go past Sky Island Drive, ya just missed it.
