Join our team of volunteer Ride Leaders - we'll train you to lead safe and fun rides! Class is offered on-line. (Virtual) doors open at 6:10pm, class starts at 6:15pm.
Pre-requisites:
1) Be (or become) a member of Cascade Bicycle Club.
2) Have participated as a rider on at least five Cascade Free Group Rides so that you have hands-on experience with the program.
- Please note: The five rides cannot include event rides (like Chilly Hilly, STP or RSVP); Policy Rides; Pedaling Relief Project rides; or self-paced rides (like Winter Training Series). Two Cascade Training Series (CTS) rides may be counted in the five ride prerequisite. These five rides must have been completed in the past 24 months.
3) Register for the class using the button above. We will send a meeting link a few days before the class, but ONLY to those who have registered and who meet the pre-requisites listed above.
We will also send class materials which we want candidates to review a few days before class. If you are seeing this posting after registration has closed, please watch the calendar for the next class. Also please watch the calendar if this class does not fit into your schedule or if you have not yet done five free group rides. Next class should be posted shortly after this one. We are aiming to offer classes on a monthly basis.

What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.

The second is pre-class material to review before the class.
