Course Description
This presentation over zoom is the first step for being a confident and prepared bike rider. This course is a prerequisite for our on-bike group classes (both Basic and Urban Cycling Techniques) but is also informative taken on its own.
This class is excellent for both beginner and intermediate riders as we will be covering some of the basics that are often overlooked (how often should you replace your helmet) to some more nuanced road riding techniques (where to position yourself to safely make a left-hand turn on a multi-lane intersection).
Purchasing registration for this event gives you access to a RECORDING ONLY. No live session will be provided. The date and time above are simply placeholders. The recording link will be provided in your confirmation email once you have registered. You will be required to complete a short quiz after watching the recording to fulfill your prerequisite for our on-bike group classes.
