Thank you for your interest in redeeming your volunteer credits for an upcoming Cascade Bicycle Club tour! Because of the limited number of volunteer tickets for tours, there's a bit of information you should know before sending in your request:
Know Before You Redeem
- Only 10 volunteer tickets are available for each tour.
- Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Volunteers may request to redeem their credits for only 1 tour each calendar year.
Refunds
- To request a refund, email volunteer@cascade.org.
- Refunds of registrations using volunteer credits follow our standard Refund Policy. Instead of dollars being refunded, you would be refunded full/partial credit amounts.
- If you wish to transfer your registration to a different tour, email volunteer@cascade.org.
Ready to Redeem Your Credits?
- Check your volunteer credit balance and ensure that you have at least 24 credits to redeem towards the ride. Your balance can be viewed from your Account Dashboard > Volunteer (in the left-hand navigation).
- If you have at least 24 credits, complete this form to request a unique registration link for your tour.
- Once your credits have been debited, you'll received an email from us with your unique registration link.
