FRIDAY RIDERS Red Barn Loop (Steady)

This is a gentle out-and-back ride in the Snoqualmie Valley with an option for refreshment at Kelsey's Koffee or Starbucks in Carnation on the way back. Notice the one bonus hill climb on our way out of Fall City.  The group may vote to skip that climb. 

There is a Porta-potty near the start.

Directions to the start: From Seattle take I-90 to Exit 22 for Preston. Turn left at the top of the ramp, then right at the next intersection. Continue to Fall City. Bear right at the T in Fall City to cross the Snoqualmie River. Go around the traffic circle onto northbound State Route 203 toward Duvall and Monroe. Make an immediate left onto Neal Road, across from the Fall City Bistro, and into the gravel lot at Fall City Community Park.

Please be ready to ride at 10:00am. We will start with a required safety briefing and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing, you will not be able to ride with the group.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed in the Weather Status or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
