**CANCELLED** FRIDAY RIDERS: Two Lakes, Two Parks, & Maybe Some Mountain Vistas LATE START (Leisurely)

Join us for a ride from Martha Lake Airport Park on a 19 mile route at a Leisurely pace (10-12 MPH)!  We'll ride mostly quiet suburban streets to Centennial Park in Bothell, explore the hidden delights of a cul de sac in Lynnwood, then head up to Silver Lake in Everett on the Interurban Trail. We'll stop for coffee/snacks/lunch at Piroshky & Crepes before returning to our starting point at Martha Lake Airport Park. This ride can be shortened at various points, so if the weather turns bad, we will do that.  

Let's meet at the parking lot of Martha Lake Airport Park and please be ready to ride at 11am. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together. 

No restroom is available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water at mile 6.6.   We’ll also stop for coffee/snacks at Piroshky & Crepes at mile 16.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Other things to bring: phone, ID, cash and/or credit card, ORCA card, water.  You may also want to bring a snack if you don't plan to buy anything to eat at the break.  

 Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is canceled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.'

Directions to start: From I-5 just north of Lynnwood, take the 164th St. SW exit and turn onto 164th heading east towards Mill Creek. Turn left (north) at the 2nd traffic light after the freeway, at Meadow Road. Turn right at 146th St SW, and the park will be on your right just past 4th Ave W.
