Issaquah Social (Steady)

NOTE: The start time is 11AM.  Let's meet at Tibbetts Valley Skateboard Park and be ready to ride at that time. We will start with the required safety briefing and roll out when that's done.  All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate. If you plan to join enroute please contact the ride leader in advance to arrange for a safety briefing. 

We will ride northwest from Issaquah via Newport Way and east Bellevue neighborhoods before riding down to West Lake Sammamish Parkway to ride south. We will have a food/rest stop at The Bellevue Little Store at mile 17.1 There will be an optional rest stop at Ivanhoe Park, mile 9. The route continues south through Issaquah city roads. There are hills, but we climb them with a commensurate level of effort of a steady pace and regroup at the top. Porto Potty is available at the start.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Other things to bring: phone; ID; cash and/or credit card; ORCA card; water and a small snack. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed in the Weather Status or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride, and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
