Let's meet at the Auburn Train Station West Parking lot. Be there, ready to go at the time listed above. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate.
We will be heading to the Black Diamond Bakery for some very tasty treats, after we have had our fill we will head down to the Green River where we will visit Canter Berry Blueberry Farm. Our next stop on our journey will be the Auburn Farmers Market. After a long day of riding and tasting we will make our way back to the Auburn Train Station and we'll say our goodbyes.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and we will stay together as much as possible and will regroup frequently if we get spread out.
Restrooms are not available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water at miles 13.2 Black Diamond Bakery, 17.3 Whitney Bridge Park, 19.2 Canter Berry Farm, 28 Auburn Farmer Market. We’ll also stop for coffee/snacks at Black Diamond Bakery at mile 13.2
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Other things to bring: phone; ID; cash and/or credit card; ORCA card; water and a small snack. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
A working white headlight and red rear tail light (steady mode preferred) are required to participate on any rides that may run into darkness and are recommended for all rides. During daylight hours, bikes may have reflectors instead of lights.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed in the Weather Status or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
We hope you can join us!
