Join us for a ride from Log Boom Park to Redmond Town Center on a 26-mile route at a Steady Pace on mostly flat terrain. This route is mostly on multi-use paths with short sections on roads in Redmond and Bothell. There is a section with 1.5 miles on fine gravel that is suitable for any road bike.
Let's meet at Log Boom Park and please be ready to ride at the listed time. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together.
Restrooms are available at the start and in Redmond Town Center at the 12.4 mile mark. We will have a required rest stop at Redmond Town Center, with food and drinks available at The French Bakery. There is also a Starbucks a very short walk away.
Please bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed in the Weather Status or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
We hope you can join us!
