Let's meet at the Wilmot Gateway Park. Be there, ready to go at the time listed above. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate.
We'll ride from Woodinville to enjoy the view of Lake Washington at the Kirkland Marina. Then head over to Redmond for a coffee stop at Hoffman's Fine Cakes and Pastries. After a short break, we'll enjoy a climb up the suburban streets of English Hill and back to Woodinville.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and we will regroup frequently. We'll also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH, occasionally 10 MPH).
Restrooms are available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water at the Kirkland waterfront at mile 9. We’ll also stop for coffee/snacks at Hoffman's Fine Pastries and Cakes at mile 19.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Other things to bring: phone; ID; cash and/or credit card; ORCA card; water and a small snack. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you will be required to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
We hope you can join us!

- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.

Event Announcements
The weather forecasts are showing a break in the rain starting around 8 AM until after 1 PM. I think we will be able to go forward with the ride! I will be at the start, planning to ride. Unless the forecast changes dramatically, or it is actively raining at start time, we will ride.
If it rains during the course of the route, or the roads are slick, I have prepared a rain route. The rain route takes us back along the trail, and avoids the steep, windy descent down Hollywood Hill. Here is a link to the rain route if you want to download it to your device: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/52987194
