Hills Out Of Auburn: A Fishing Witch (Vigorous)

... of 15 spots remaining
Let's meet at the Auburn Fred Meyer in the northwest parking lot. Be there, ready to go at 8:30. Come early if you need to use the bathroom or buy snacks and drinks. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate.
HOOA! This week's route on RWGPS draws the picture of The Fishing Witch as we travel through the forests of SE King County and climb Tiger Mountain. And it only seems appropriate that we finish the ride along the Green River as we trace out the bottom half of the witch's fish.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and regroup occasionally. We'll also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH, occasionally 10 MPH).
Restrooms, snacks and drinks are available at the start.
Restroom and water at Ten Trails Park (mile 12)
Restroom Ravensdale Park, snacks and drinks Ravensdale Market (mile 21, and/or 32)
Portable Toilet, snack and drinks at Tiger Mountain Store (mile 43)
Restroom and water at Ten Trails Park (mile 60)
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Other things to bring: phone; ID; cash and/or credit card; ORCA card; water and a small snack. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: Weather looks good, but if its a blustery rain storm, we will cancel the ride. If there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, we will reroute. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, registered riders will receive an email and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
We hope you can join us!
