Monday Outdoor Riding in the Evening - Clockwise Queen Anne - Discovery Park (Steady)

This is the last night ride for Monday Outdoor Riding in the Evening for the season.  Thank you to all of our riders!  We hope you enjoyed the season as much as we did.  If you'd like to see these rides return next May, please indicate it on the ride review form.

As the evening light is fading fast, we strongly recommend you bring front and rear lights.  This is definitely necessary if you will be riding after the conclusion of the ride.

Let's meet at Lower Woodland Park between the ballfields and near the porta-potties.  Be there, ready to go at 5:50 pm.  We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate.  

This week our ride goes to the hills!   (But nothing we can't handle!)  We will enjoy the water and park scenery from a different angle.  And as always our goal is to have fun, get some training in and be social.  Did I mention have fun?

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and we will stay together.

Porta-potties are available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Other things to bring: phone; ID; cash and/or credit card; ORCA card; water and a small snack. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check before leaving for the ride.
