Kent Des Moines Sumner Loop Version 1 (Moderate)
Event has already happened.

Let's meet at the Kent/James St Park & Ride (902 W James St Kent, WA 98032) be there, ready to go at the time listed above. We will start with a required safety briefing and roll out when that's done. All riders must attend the safety briefing to participate. The pace of this ride is based on having no wind and being on a flat road. If there is a headwind or a hill, the pace will be lower, if we have a tailwind or downhill, the pace may be higher. Due to the number of similar routes, I ride, version numbers are used, and differing versions of the same ride may have very different elevation profiles. Keep this in mind when deciding to do this ride.
This ride is like the Cascade Training Series “Two Points and a Levee” ride but with a little more “Spice”.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together. We'll also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH).
Restrooms are not available at the start, plan accordingly. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water, please see the stop list below.
