Auburn Evening Ride to Black Diamond (brisk)

Join me for a late afternoon/evening jaunt up from Auburn to the Black Diamond Bakery.  We will begin at the north end of the theater parking lot located in the Outlet Collection Mall in Auburn. Restrooms available at the start.  The ride will head north on the interurban trail, through Auburn, then gradually climb the SE Auburn Black Diamond road and regroup at the intersection of the Kent and Auburn Black Diamond roads. We then finish the ride to the bakery. Food (for purchase) and restrooms will be available at the bakery. After stopping at the bakery, we backtrack to 218th and head down the hill into the Green Valley. After regrouping, we will then ride the Green Valley road through into Auburn and back to the Super Mall.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you can get yourself ready, sign the waiver, and listen to the S.M.A.R.T. briefing. This allows us to have an on-time departure.

Be considerate and have full fenders including mud flaps if roads are wet or a prediction of rain is in the forecast, or ride in the back.
