It's Labor Day weekend, so it's the perfect time to take it easy. Come join me for a relaxed ride on a mix of paved trails and quiet streets, as we head up to Starbucks for a Sunday morning cup of coffee. We'll meet at the northeast corner of the Auburn Fred Meyer lot at 9:00 AM. Our pace will be Steady, which is to say 12-14 miles per hour on flat ground. We'll be a bit slower if the wind is in our faces, and a bit faster if the wind is at our backs.
Please come prepared with a safe helmet, clothing appropriate to weather conditions, and a water bottle or other hydration. Check your bike for proper tire inflation and good mechanical condition. Steady rain cancels; if a weather cancellation is made more than two hours prior to ride time, your ride leader will not be at the ride start. Registering for the ride online will make for a smoother, faster start to the ride. See you on Sunday!

- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
