This loop uses the Interurban Trail, the Burke-Gilman Trail, and a connector route through Shoreline. We climb a bit in the first five miles, after that it is mostly flat and downhill. Restrooms and water at the start. Stop at Lake Forest Park Town Center (mile 12) for coffee/snack/restrooms. This route includes a few hundred yards of hard-packed gravel. There is an easy re-route if any rider is uncomfortable with that.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
