If you don’t like hills and want to ride to Edmonds, you might like this option. There are hills, but we avoid the long and steep ones. We go from Gas Works Park to the Sunset Hill Overlook, the new(ish) 17th Ave NW bikeway and on to Edmonds to a food break at Walnut Street Coffee. Return is via Green Lake.
In the event of rain showers or worse, I will post a cancellation notice in the Comments section at least 2 hours before the start and will not be at the start if ride is cancelled.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
