This steady-paced ride starts at Old Renton City Hall, 200 Mill Ave., and proceeds east, along the Cedar River Trail. It then turns to the south on 140th SE and proceeds to SE 192nd. After a jog to the west, the ride picks up the Soos Creek trail south to Lake Meridian. The ride then returns to the starting point by retracing the first half of the ride in reverse.
