Scenic and flat 24-mile ride at a steady pace (12-14 mph) from Renton to Kent Station along with a mid-point coffee break at Dilletante's at Kent Station. We'll ride part of the STP route and return via Interurban trail.  New riders or beginning-level riders are welcome on this stay-together ride with emphasis on safe group riding skills.  Mentoring opportunity for upcoming ride leader, please call or text me in advance 206-909-5441.

For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain. Consider the pace and frequency of regroup as well to understand how advanced a ride may be.

  • Mostly flat: Trails and/or mostly flat roads with a possible gentle uphill
  • Rolling: Climbs are short and easy, not too numerous
